With an abundance of natural daylight and a 4 metre high ceiling, The Precinct always feels spacious and inspiring. All windows have blackout blinds if you require a darkened room for a presentation. This room features 2 x ceiling mounted 5K projectors/speakers and 2 x 120″ screens with dual connectivity, ensuring everyone has clear sightlines. With doors leading to an outside balcony, this is the perfect place to revitalise during breaks. The Precinct is a versatile and welcoming space that can be easily adapted to suit your requirements. It can also be partitioned by a sound proof wall into two entirely separate spaces, East Precinct and West Precinct.

When booking The Precinct, The Space is offered complimentary. This room is ideal for breakout space and/or catering.
